Failure to do so may result in appointment rescheduling and/or cancellations. (Note: If you are a new patient or have new dental insurance coverage, please also provide the insurance information to us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If dental insurance information is not provided prior to your appointment, you may be asked to pay first and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company.)
As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, our office is now operating under new restrictions for the safety of our patients and clinic staff.
Please wear your mask before you arrive for your appointment.
Please call and notify our office at 604-879-3308, and wait in the car until you are allowed to enter. (If you bused to our office, please wait outside the office, but not in front of the door.)
Once you are inside the office, please take care to do the following:
1. Use the hand sanitizer near the entrance first.
2. We will record your temperature with a contactless forehead thermometer.
3. We will prepare a mouthwash for you. Please rinse your mouth for 1 minute and spit it out in the washroom. Our coworker will take you to the sterilized chair for your treatment.
